Sam has been in the world of recruiting for about 10 years now. She started her career in the staffing industry which was really more of a professional bootcamp. She then transitioned into a corporate recruiting role providing the DOD and IC with full life cycle technical recruiting support. Fast forward another 4+ years and she is in the midst of another transition. She is currently a Strategic Talent Sourcer for Maxar Technologies and am having a blast learning a whole new bag of tricks! Just when she thought she had the recruiting game figured out, She discovered the world of modern sourcing

In her free time, when she is not chasing around a very energetic toddler, she loves to cook international dishes and usually has some sort of DIY project going on.

TRANSFROMING FROM FULL-CYCLE RECRUITER TO SOURCER – LESSONS LEARNED
