As an experienced recruitment and sourcing expert with over 20 years in the industry, Laura Stoker serves as AIRS Executive Director of Global Training. In this role, she leads AIRS sourcing research and course development. Joining AIRS in 2000 she’s had the opportunity to train recruitment professionals all over the world on topics such as internet recruiting and social media sourcing. Laura is a subject matter expert in these areas and she has been a frequent speaker at numerous global conferences including SourceCon, SHRM, ERE, and the Sourcing Summits (SOSU).
