Nofar Shoshani, is a Global Head Hunter, Trainer, and Mentor for Israeli recruiters.

Being an “ice breaker” by spirit, Nofar always aspires to enter a room, real or virtual, and spice it with humor and good spirit, knowing that it is the best way to go through life, especially if you are in the Talent Acquisition realms.

Nofar studied Counter-Terrorism in an International school and stayed to work in a Counter-Terrorism Research Institution (isn’t it an amusing academic background for a recruiter?!).  Being drawn to more human contact and less text reading, her career sailed on to Content creation and marketing, which became CV writing and consulting, which naturally evolved into over 10-years in recruiting.

Nofar has always been fascinated by TA-related technology, sourcing insights and overall hacking the human aspect of the different processes. As a side effect of this cureless “disease” – Nofar became heavily addicted to Memes and GIFs and will participate in a Meme/GIF-off anytime, any place.

Ironically COVID has brought Nofar so much closer with the global TA community, thus discovering the amazing people that lead the massive knowledge-sharing spirit and made some special connections with peers all over the world.

In addition to working on various global projects with Matchr and RecruitrLab, and co-establishing a Cyber Security community for women at the end of 2020, Nofar took upon the role of Head of Training and Innovation for a young Israeli startup called Gifthead, which specializes in building teams for startups and companies worldwide.

So now Nofar is one happy camper, wakes up excited for work. Every, morning.
