I’ll always remember what made me tick with sourcing: I went to my first hiring conference (#rmstouch) where Guillaume Alexandre was speaker. They were telling a story about how they found themselves sourcing for Swiss watchmaker with such high expertise that there were only 8 or 12 persons in the world who had the adequate skillset for the job. They ended their talk and I got the chance ask them “how did you manage to find the right person for this job?”. Through their answer I could really picture all the fun they had.

This is the exact moment that convinced me to choose this recruiter job that I’ll love, so I will never have to work a day in my life – thanks for the tip Confucius 🙌
