Marlieke Pols is a seasoned Talent Intelligence professional based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Currently serving as the Global Talent Intelligence Manager for LATAM, India and ASIAN regions at Amazon Stores, where she brings an unique blend of data-driven insights and human capital expertise to her role.

Beginning her career at Royal Philips, Marlieke discovered her passion for Talent Intelligence while working across various Talent Acquisition projects. During her tenure at Philips, she succesfully led Talent Intelligence initatives for multiple business divisions, including Marketing, Real Estate, Human Resource and Talent Acquisition.  She has developed particular expertise in location studies and competitive intelligence, Marlieke’s approach to Talent Intelligence goes beyond pure data analysis, emphasizing the importance of incorporating human elements and market dynamics to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
