After a career in France and the United States, in business development or marketing, or as an entrepreneur, Vanessa has been leading and coordinating SFEIR’s Talent Acquisition teams for the past 5 years.

As Chief Talent Officer, I am a member of SFEIR Group Executive Committee, my aim is to create high-performance teams that help company grow.

My goal is that our Recruiting Teams hire bright people, do their job with pride, care for candidates & work together to reach excellence.

My current focus is on onboarding Recruitment teams to improve their process, productivity, and create value, thanks to Generative AI.
