Natalie Glick is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Innovation at Mambu.

Her role at Mambu allows her to manage a collaborative, cross-functional team that drives key technology and process improvement initiatives for our Talent Acquisition organisation. She is focused on bringing speed, fairness, and simplicity to their recruitment processes so that they can identify and win the best talent.
