Guillaume Alexandre is French but lives and work in Geneva for the last 10 years. True sourcer at heart, he assists internal recruiters all around Europe to build Talent Pipelines, find and engage with potential candidates, most of them unicorns and purple squirrels.
His “sourcing pedigree” includes: 2nd at the 2017 Sourcecon GrandMaster Challenge, top 5 at the 2016 World Greatest Sourcer, lead organizer of #truGeneva, co-organizer of #truParis 17, speaker at #SoSuEu 16, host of the Social Talent Black Belt French course on Expert Sourcing.
Being “technical” is good but Guillaume believes that the true value of a sourcer relies in its capacity to engage with others and create relationships.
Guillaume has attended pretty much every single SoSuEu since the first one and will definitely continue to do so.
When he is not sourcing, Guillaume likes playing golf, spending time with his family and travel to attend international sports events (but only watch them )
