Hi, I’m Jonathan.

Ten years in recruitment this year. I started agency-side in 2016 and never really left the sourcing part of it.

These days I run Solvism from The Hague. I embed with SaaS and deep-tech scale-ups, build the hiring function from zero. The process, the ATS, the interview training. I smash the hiring goals while I build it. Then hand it back and leave. Making myself unnecessary is the actual deliverable.

The rest of my time goes into building. I built Gillnet, my own AI sourcing tool. The AI finds. The human decides. Where exactly that line sits is the thing I find most interesting right now.

I automate a lot of my work and I still write my outreach by hand. Both of those are on purpose. I will happily get into that over a coffee.
