Originally from Belarus, Maryna has spent more than a decade in tech recruitment. Her career has included in-house recruitment at Viber, leadership experience in the recruitment agency business, and, since moving to the Netherlands, building her own recruitment company.

Today, through Recrucial, she works with technology companies across Europe, the US, and other international markets, helping them hire engineering, product, and commercial talent across borders.

Maryna is particularly interested in international sourcing, recruitment strategy, and the practical impact of AI and automation on the way recruiters work. She is based near Amsterdam and enjoys being part of the international recruitment and tech community.
