I am a Talent Acquisition Leader with 25 years of experience across FMCG, Retail, Sporting Goods, Fashion and Technology. Working for international companies has allowed me to build a truly global perspective on talent, culture and business and a strong network of people I genuinely value.

Throughout my career, my focus has been on leading high performing teams and designing recruitment strategies that are both data driven and deeply human. I partner with the Center of Excellence functions, where strategic communication and stakeholder management are essential to align expectations, influence decision making and deliver sustainable hiring outcomes.

As a leader, I am driven by coaching and mentoring. I enjoy helping people grow, navigate complexity and unlock opportunities they may not yet see for themselves. I lean heavily on conflict resolution and empathy. I love creating space for honest conversations, different perspectives and constructive solutions, especially in fast paced, high stakes environments.

I strongly believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. I love bringing people from different backgrounds together around a shared goal and creating environments where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. My continuous learning and curiosity keep me exploring new ideas, tools and approaches in Talent Acquisition so I can better serve candidates, business leaders and my teams.
