Christine Ng has spent the past 8 years building world-class product & technology teams, with a focus on talent acquisition, employer branding and improving processes and experience for internal and external customers. She has worked with companies at different stages of their talent journey such as startups (Yieldify), SMEs (The App Business) and enterprises (Financial Times), which has enabled her to develop a deep knowledge and insight into internal talent teams. She grew up in Hong Kong and has worked in clinical and corporate finance sectors in both HK and London, which instilled her passion for understanding the complexities of diverse working environments having studied a BSc Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour.
She is currently the Head of Talent & Media at a quantum computing start-up, Quantum Motion. Her interests encompass talent assessment, workflow automation, and embedding diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
