Izzy is a recruitment scrum master and trainer within the Cronos group. An eco-system of +/- 500 tech companies in Belgium. Together with her team, she supports these companies on all levels of talent acquisition. Her favorite activities are training new recruiters and sourcers from scratch and creating symbiosis between employer brands and sourcing strategies. She’s a strong believer in iterative processes and agile culture, having successfully adopted these principles into talent acquisition environments.
