Having worked in the recruitment industry since 2010, Matthew has amassed a wealth of experience across both agency and in-house teams for SMEs and global organisations. His expertise lies predominantly in technical markets, including ERP/Finance Systems, Software Development, Web Analytics, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.

In 2023, Matthew founded Tech Talent Delivery, a training and coaching business helping Recruitment Leaders build high-performing sourcing functions and scalable delivery systems. In parallel, he works on a fractional basis with Unearth Talent, delivering retained search and complex hiring projects for some of the world’s leading AI and Machine Learning research teams.

Matthew is passionate about sourcing, AI/technology, and personal development. He continuously explores and experiments with new approaches, processes, and tools to stay at the forefront of the industry. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, gardener, foodie, PC gamer, and gym enthusiast.”
