Although barely two years in the industry, Sladjana found her passion early in her career. A teamplayer with an intuitive nature and an observant mind, she showed that sourcing is what gives her adopamine rush & accidentally sourced the most candidates in her company the first year she joined.With a background in psychology & research, she prides herself in always making sure transparency &empathy are at the core of the hiring process. In her free time, she loves to game (RPG & puzzle games),does pole dancing & when she gets the chance, daydreams.
